Chris: Thanks so much for providing exceptional customer service on my recent purchase of a Paragon F120 kiln. I greatly appreciated your willingness to send the kiln directly from the factory and to help me keep shipping costs reasonable. The freight company was willing to deliver to my rural residence; however, I tried to "pass on" your individual/company approach to good service by simplifying the process and meeting the truck in a grocery store parking lot in Moscow. I off loaded the kiln directly into my rig, signed the papers, and we were on our different ways within a couple minutes. A great transaction. I will recommend Mountain Glass Arts to others in the future. Thanks again, Jim
