The High Heat IR/UV Shield is 5mm glass rated at 1,800 degrees and will hold up to the heat and abuse coming from your torch. It blocks heat rays (IR) and the burn rays that turn your face red (UV).The shield comes in a 4" x6", 5" x 6" or 6" x 6" widths. You can choose the size you want at no extra cost. We highly recommend this shield for the bigger torches for MAX protection.
