Shipping Specifics:Cork orders ship USPS First Class mail unless another shipping method is chosen at checkout or requested in the comment field at check out. Only orders shipping USPS qualify for free shipping and handling.
Please Note: While most US Mail orders will arrive to you within 1 week, some shipments have taken up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Please be ready for this should you choose the free US Mail option. In addition, depending on weight or distance USPS may upgrade the package to priority mail status.
Ordering & Returns: If you are planning to call with an order please be ready with the item #'s (sizes) you need.We will only accept returns on corks if the product is defective or the wrong size was shipped. Please double check that you are ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns on corks due to the customer ordering the wrong size.
