50 lb. Cullet Bucket - Clear American Pyrex Boro Crushed Glass

In the past it was difficult to find affordable, high quality glass for cullet. Most of us were buying rod and smashing it to ensure we knew what was actually going into the pot. But now Mountain Glass has simplified the process by offering a fine ground 3/16" or smaller glass cullet that is American made. Offered in 50 lb buckets, just tear off the lid and scoop it into your crucible.
Clear borosilicate crushed glass cullet is made in America. It is used in Crucible Kilns with various sized crucibles. With the right equipment, you can make your own boro color mixes, clear coat color tubing, pull dichro tubing, dip a marble or mille pull to make it bigger, or really anything you can imagine.
It is packed in 5 gallon buckets. Each bucket holds approximately 50 lbs. of cullet. Please note that the bucket weights vary slightly and are billed for the weight inside of the bucket.
