The Menzies Ultimate Paddle features a beveled edge and a V notch. V notch can be used as a rest and is also useful for marble making.

Counterweight a MUST for large paddles!

This paddle rocks! I was worried that 4"x6" would be too large for me, but I've gotten comfortable with it quick! The counterweight is a must for the larger paddles, it makes it feel nice and balanced in the hand. If you're going with a bigger paddle, definitely get one of these!
