HV60 Spec SheetPlease read the Spec Sheet for more Info !!

Comes with a relay box to control up to 3 Concentrators/Generators

You must supply concentrators to get oxygen from this unit, this unit controls the concentrators and compresses oxygen only.

LPM IN (Liters per Minute) = LPM OUT, this means if you have a 40 jet GTT Mirage you need about 1 LPM per jet = four 10 LPM concentrators, and this unit, to NEVER PAY FOR OXYGEN AGAIN !

Depending on how often/long you open your outer fire, some people may only need two or three 10 LPM concentrators to run a Mirage !

Minimum and Maximum Tank Pressure This Unit Provides
Minimum = 40 psi
Maximum = 95 psi

The price includes a $135 crating fee from the manufacturer.

The general rule for designing your perpetual oxygen system is to count the number of jets on your torch and allocate 1 to 1.5 lpm (liters per minute) for each jet. By this rule a minor with seven jets requires about 7 to 10 lpm. Since the HVLP system provides this flow of oxygen much higher pressures the performance of the torch will be more on par with bottled or liquid oxygen.

Use the chart below and multiply the needs of your torch by the number in operation -- so a studio with nine minors will need a system that produces a minimum of 63 lpm. Remember not all nine torches will continuously run at full capacity so a system that produces 60 lpm will be more than adequate. With seven jets per minor and 40 for the GTT Mirage, the same system would power one Mirage with 20 lpm to spare for a Phantom.

Foot pedals are recommended for the larger torches, and will maximize your system by allowing your oxygen to replenish when your outer rings are off. This may allow you to effectively use more torches per system.
