Blue Flambe - Momka's
Bright and lively blue and plays, beautifully as a surface color in sculpture. Work in a neutral flame, not too oxidizing for this one. Part of the beauty is in the haze that develops, yielding sky blues and purples and bright, royal blues. Use an oxidizing flame to develop a color palette and a reducing flame to bring the silver to the surface.

this color is simply divine. working it in a deep encasement makes the colors really pop. what i like to do is encase it after i strike it in the flame a time or two to set some of the colors that come out during working. makes for delicious eye candy. this color i found also makes a really intense cane when twisted with clear, a semi transparent, or even a solid color rod. my favorite thing to do with this rod is use it for background work because it really makes a lot of firey colors( yellows, reds, oranges) pop with superb detail
