Violet Iris

A very nice transparent dark purple color with a subtle shimmer. I coil pot for blown work to keep the color from thinning out. can get very dark when gathered to thicker sizes. makes a great overlay color.

Violet Iris

Violet Iris is a transparent purple (violet) that is very easy to work. It is not susceptible to reduction, you can keep it real hot and does not boil in heavy oxidizing flames. It is a "what you see is what you get" color. It is a color that has air bubbles that trap while you work it to lead to a beautiful underwater like effect. It is a great mix with any sparkle color. Great for coil potting and layering
