Orange - ODDS - Northstar

NS005 Orange is a bright transparent striking orange that is well suited for sculpture, bead work and moderately thin blown work. The striking process is temperature related but in order to prevent any muddying, work in a neutral to slightly oxidizing flame. It is recommended to kiln strike NS005 Orange. NS005 Orange looks great over NS054 Star White, and be sure to try layering NS013 Amber Purple over it.

Odd quality rods are visually inspected for forming issues in production. This glass may contain one or more of the followings attributes: off-round, taper, thin, thick, short, or bow.
