Dark Multi - Northstar
Details
Dark Multi is the more intense version of NS003 Multi and will yield similar effects, but much more pronounced. When worked in an oxidizing flame Dark Multi produces metallic blues and sea greens. When reduced, NS004 Dark Multi yields earthy reds and browns. Because it is more saturated, it will react much more quickly to the particular chemistry of the flame. Due to the fact that it reacts more readily, do not over reduce. To yield other interesting effects, try encasing NS004 Dark Multi with clear or backing it with an opaque color. This color can be stretched thin, so it is well suited for delicate blown work, stringer application, or cane work.

Great starting color

This color is awesome. The color can let off fumes when worked on the surface so be careful. It is a beautiful color once imploded. But don’t use too much of it in deep encasement of clear. It sometimes cracks

Unique color

Interesting color, haven't fully figured this one out yet, seems like it may have a good amount of copper in it along with the silver. I tried a blowout with this and it came out looking like a glossy glazed pottery look. Looked really cool with a white lip wrap. Also drew some stringers on a pendant and they struck nice shades. Going to have to really find a place for this unique color.
