Silver Seaweed - Northstar
Details
NS115 Silver Seaweed is a funky green color. It is a wild silver striker that can take a lot of heat and be used in many different applications. Working in an oxidizing flame will yield intense purple hues that are like northern lights. If reduced this color will inherit wispy cream colors with a tint of green.

My personal favorite and a very friendly color. Easy to work, sits well inside and outside.
My choice color when I want to strike purple

This color comes in nice green rods that give off a lot of fumey haze when worked. I've found sleeving it in a thin layer of clear protects it from hazing over but allows for the silver to bloom when struck and makes an amazing purple.
