7-9mm - Opaque White Rod

This is an absolutely a great white, a nice bright white, does not scum and does not boil, a little stiff when worked cool, just heat it up more it will be fine. I keep a lot of this in comparison to NS or RP! Encased even better!

After using borobars white exclusively for years, I decided to try this white about a year and a half ago and loved it. Fully opaque, smooth and doesn't boil easily. Around the same time I began to use this white I noticed that some types of pieces I make were cracking that never cracked prior. It took a bit of time and lots of frustration to figure out the problem. I switched back to borobars and the problems went away. I use this glass for Graber style hearts with no problems. I've also used this alot for implosions with no problems except with Trautman blue leprechaun. Stay away from it when making eyes. For some reason it doesn't play nice in eyes. Overall great white for the money. Just get to know its limitations.

very solid white and a great value. melts smooth and easy to not boil. works great as a mixing color(drill mixing custom colors) and half the white out there people claim is something fancy is this import...they just wont admit to it till ya find i pc laying on there bench ;)

I have tried I think all of the whites out there and this is by far the best one for me. It is dense enough for stringer work takes a lot more to boil than others and melts really smooth. As an added bonus it is half the price of other choices.
