This color is a rich, opaque, light sky blue. When decorated with light or dark ivory designs, this color will produce a black line between the two colors which is due to a chemical reaction.
Effetre / Moretti Glass is a very popular glass rod which is used in flame working mainly for soft glass bead making. Melt these "soft" glass rods with a torch to make beads, sculptures, buttons, marbles or fuse them together with the compatible, flat clear sheets. All you need to begin flame working with this glass is a bench burner, safety glasses, optional tools and an annealing kiln.

sometimes under reduction flame the glass gets streaks of red
