Red Max (4 Inlet) w/ Mega Minor Top Fire Burner - Nortel

I bought this torch almost 7years ago after heavy research. I highly recommend it as a starting torch. When I bought it it was almost $800. And even though I was only able to use it a handful of times before unfortunate circumstances permanently separated me from it, it was an absolute joy. The control between the two torches was amazing. For someone who advances quickly artistically, the price, and range of options on what you're able to make, I felt was perfect. From beads to sculptures and thick borrisillicate. I was able to get true colors easily without over oxidyzing or bubbling soft/hard glass once I got the hang of things. I had to wait a year after payment, and it was well worth the wait. The person, the one person who makes these torches by hand puts a lot of thought and love into theyer models.

I've had this torch for around 10 years now and it has never missed a beat! It takes a little getting used to adjusting your gas/oxy pressures and mixing them just right but it has a surprisingly wide variety of flame types/styles but some can damage the head if ran for too long. With decently regular cleanings(I'm horrible at cleaning on the schedule I write down) it will last about as long as you do!

This was my first torch and it was reliable.
