Green Amber Purple - Northstar
Green Amber Purple is the most intense and exciting of the Northstar Amber/Purple family. It reacts quickly and produces the lushest purplish blue strike. It can range in color from a pale silvery blue to an opaque to a sea green all the way to cloudy gray. It is well suited for flame striking and produces wonderful results. Because it is so intense be sure to keep a hot oxidizing flame set. Reduction will affect the strike. Try it over NS054 Star White. Another excellent combination is NS005 Orange,as it hobnails over the surface of NS069 Green Amber Purple. There is a lot you can do with this color have fun exploring.
Second quality glass can have the properties of odd quality glass, but may also have small stones, air bubbles, vary in tone/shade, or the shape can be very out of round. Both odd and second quality glass can provide a great value to the right person.

Green AP has become my favorite from the N.S. Amber Pallet. Doesn't easily turn Amber. Bluish green with oxy flame, whisps of silver with neutral flame, gray and reddish Browns when reduced.

man this color is amazing..the rods look like light cobalt until the flame touches them and then it's on!!! tons of fades from green to blue plus it hits some of the amber/purp hues...it melts like butter and doesn't need much to get a nice strike
