Blizzard Blue - Trautman
Details
Blue Blizzard is transparent to semi-opaque cobalt shot through with flecks of white glass “snow” that Trautman made especially for the Blizzard colors. The white bits remain distinct, even after working the piece, and rough rods smooth out nicely in the flame. Should be worked in a neutral or oxidizing atmosphere to prevent graying. Blue Blizzard most resembles the stone Lapis Lazuli or old-fashioned speckled enamel-on-metal camping dishes.

i use this color to mix with others, and it is a lovely color. it is a nice deep blue, and the white flakes really pop. one of my favorites to work with this color is another one of Trautman color's, slyme #4 or any of them really. 5/5 would definitely recommend this color to another.
A useful , good working color

Blue blizzard is awesome Alone or layered under some other colors, it along with red blizzard are very unique, and I think they deserve more hype. I layer green star dust and then amber purple over that on blue blizzard and get some really great spacy deep effects that way. Lots of possibilities with this one

This is a fun color for marbles. The white flecks were perfect for my red white and blue marbles.
