Light Cobalt - Northstar
Light Cobalt is the least saturated of the four shades of cobalt blue Northstar produces. Because it is the least intense it can be worked in any flame without altering the color. It is not for thin blown work, but it is the ideal overlay color. By encasing opaque colors or saturated striking colors with NS019 Light Cobalt, numerous new effects can be created.
Second quality glass can have the properties of odd quality glass, but may also have small stones, air bubbles, vary in tone/shade, or the shape can be very out of round. Both odd and second quality glass can provide a great value to the right person.

This has been a staple color for me for a long time. It melts good in any flame and works in all aplications.the only negative (if it has one )is that it can get transparent quick if it is used to thin.I love it over gold fume on I/O work and as a coil wrap color.
This is the perfect blue! It’s rich but not too dark, and it works incredibly smooth.
